~ Niwano Hana Revisited ~

It has been a while since I stuffed myself with sushi at Niwano Hana so I was so glad when my friends asked me to go! This time we tried some new items along with the old favorites.  This is the mussels appetizer was awesome!

These deserve another picture.  They are like the spicy scallop rolls but on a mussel!  I really need to learn how to make this!  Can someone please tell me what's in the sauce?

This is the seared salmon roll, another new item we tried.  Pretty awesome as well.  I usually don't care for cooked salmon but these were yummy!  I love the grilled taste!

Here's what we got.... Volcano roll (<3), alligator roll, crunchy shrimp roll and.... I forgot the rest.

Just testing the Canon S95 on this crunchy goodness.

And this is my favorite Spicy Scallop roll.  Though... is it my imagination or did they use to put more scallops on this?

I just realized this is the 2nd sushi post I wrote this week.  I guess you can tell that I love sushi.  Don't worry, I will be posting about other food soon!
