I saw a few good sales so I headed to the mall with my friend and did some major damage to my credit card! I intended to get some new clothes but I got a little bit distracted.
First, there's the semi-annual sale at Bath and Body Works. They have some antibacterial soaps for 75% off. With the $10 off $40 coupon, it was about $1.25 a bottle. Good deal. I actually didn't need anything from there. Together with my friend, we barely made it over $40 to use the coupon.
I also got this little silicone bee for my soups. It goes on top of the soap pump. So cute!
This is a new bag I got for work. I love the bow! Usually, I wouldn't get a Guess bag. But, I really like this one. And it was 40% off! There's a pretty good sale going on at Guess right now with their clearance items. Lots of cute skirts and club wear.
I also went a little bit crazy at Crabtree and Evelyn. I love their age defying hand cream and they are on sale for $10! They are regularly $25. And if you purchase over $30, you can pay $5 for their hand scrub which is usually $22. Purchase over $50 and you get a free travel set. And they have a lot of scrubs and lotions for 75% off. Also their hand soaps are buy 1 get 1 free.
This is my favorite scent because I think it smells like one of my husband's colognes. The sale is also online, though there's a 4-item limit for the hand creams. Free shipping over $75 (after discounts) and there's a 20% coupon code (WELCOME0611). I went to the store because I didn't want to buy $75 worth of stuff and I wanted more than 4 hand creams. But, you can return stuff at the store if you buy online so technically, you can buy enough for the free shipping and then return the extras at the store. The 20% off works for the sale items online even though it says it wouldn't. So, if you plan to buy a lot, it's a good deal.
I also got some clothes from Express and kids stuff from the Disney store. I am a little disappointed with the Express sale. I think I went too late. There weren't a lot of stuff left. I am still looking for some new clothes because I recently went through my closet and donated a bunch of old clothes. That means more shopping next weekend!

~ The Shopping Spree Begins with H&M ~
This is another floral dress. I like the style and the pattern. It's a very romantic soft pink roses with a hint of vintageness. The cutting and fabric makes it look more safari to me and makes me think of a brave fashionable scientist on the African safari. Ok, my imagination is a lil bit hyper today.
I got this pretty pink rose shirt with ruffle sleeves too. It was like $12! Very pretty and I love it with my white skirt.
I was also obsessed with this white organic cotton maxi dress for a while. I really wanted it but it was $60. More than I usually pay for a simple dress like that and from H&M where clothes are supposed to be cheap. I know I am supposed to support organic blah blah blah, but at the end... I didn't get it. I did end up getting 2 more of the green floral dress in 2 more colors because I saw it on sale today! It was $15 each. Crap. I threw out my receipt for the green one so I can't get my $10 back :( Oh well, I got the dark blue one and light blue and peach flowers. I am ready for summer!
I also stopped by New York & Company because my step mom wanted to check it out. We got some nice stuff! These flip flops are only $10! I want the turquoise pair too. I am debating whether I should go back and get them. So cute! And they have a bunch of stuff for 70% off. I got 1 solid color maxi dresses for $20 and a pair of shorts for $9 and a skirt for about $9. Gotta love a good sale!
By the way, I saw these awesome nail polish at Forever 21 today. There's one that looks like the Deborah Lippman Today was a Fairytail and one that looks like a Rock Star blue and pink glitter polish that I have. It's a pretty awesome set for $10. If my mom didn't yell at me about the health hazards of nail polish last night, I probably would've bought it. Mom, I get it. It's not too good for my body (fumes, toxins, etc) but it's so pretty! And that's why I buy Zoya nail polishes :)
Ok, soooo, I was good and returned stuff from my previous F21 haul. But, I am bad because I have $500 worth of beads at various supplies stores and masks and skincare on Sasa.com. Ooo the shopaholic has broken out of the cage and is doing some serious damage to my wallet!

~ Forever 21 Haul ~
It's been a while since I purchased from Forever 21. Maybe I am getting too old to shop there. I ventured to their website after Elle from InsideOutElle blogged about some face masks available at their store. I didn't see the one that she mentioned on the F21 website, but I did end up seeing other things... so glad maxi dresses are trendy now! I got 2 :) This is the Wild Flowers Maxi Dress. I love the flowers and I love how it's not a deep V neck like many of their other dresses. But, it is very, very long. I am 5' 7'' and it's still very long on me. If I am not wearing heels, I will trip over it for sure.
I also got this Floral Maxi Dress. I love the print but the top half is totally weird! The 2 little triangle covers about 75% of my chest and I am small! I can't imagine anyone above a 32A wearing this dress. I am thinking about returning it even though I love the print. Or I may have to find a nice top to wear over it.
I got another floral skirt too. It's actually long enough. One of the reasons why I stopped shopping at F21 is because all their dresses and skirts are so short! Either I have out grown their clothes or people nowadays just love short short skirts.
I also got 2 pairs of their leggings to wear with my rainboots. They are one-size-fits-all and they fit, but they are very snug. I should've known better than to buy one-size pants. They are cheap though and are good basics to have. Another fun item is this tweezer! It's so cute and it's only $1.8. I love it. Does the cuteness make it a better tool? YES.
I was also tempted to get their nail polish but I am waiting for the OPI Pirates of the Caribbean collection to come out. I think I want that lilac and the silver shatter. I saw it in the Ulta ad today and there's another $5 off $10 coupon!!! Here's the link: http://www.printablecouponfeed.com/ulta/27024 Ok, time to do my nails. They have been naked for too long!

~ Coveting... Irregular Choice Spring and Summer Collection ~
Seriously need to post my dining experience from San Diego, but I've been busy doing some major spring cleaning! After putting away 6 boxes of stuff for donation/yard sale, I am not in the mood to shop. So, I am just coveting these beautiful shoes from Irregular Choice! Warning: this is a pic heavy post!
This one is called "Can't touch this" I love the subtle pattern on the shoe and the transparent heel and the flowers!!
"Face It" flats. Love the floral fabric detail.
"Longer Lashes" looks very comfortable. Very cute!
How cool are these "Oriento Sun So"? It will look great with a Lolita Dress!
"Specialzo" looks pretty special. I image a simple black dress with these stunning shoes. I wonder if I can just make a fabric flower like this and strap it to my black shoes.
Another pair of shoes for Lolita outfits. They also have it in black. This one is called Tea and Cakes.
These two are "Duke the Second" and "Duke". I rarely like flats but these are so cute!
This one is "Cortesan Floral Bar". I love the scallop edges! So cute!! And this looks so wearable! The heel is not bad at all and I love the turquoise pattern inside the shoe.
I really, really love this pair! It's called "Sweety Bird" and it comes in many colors. But my favorite is white. The design is so out exaggerated already that the white brings it back a notch.
They have accessories and dresses too! I like this "Lola Frame Bag". I just love bows.
I also like this "Drawstring Senorita Dress". It looks like a fun and comfy dress.
Irregular Choice has such fun shoes!! I also love their website because it does all this animation without Flash. Awesome. It maybe a little overwhelming, but it fits their style perfectly. I have never heard of them before today. Looks like it is a British brand that started in 1999.
Endless.com has some of their older styles in stock. Heels.com has the newer ones, but is very limited with selection. However, there is a Eversave deal going on right now that will save you $20. Still pretty expensive though. Their shoes average $150 a pair. I am glad I am not in a shopping mood, otherwise my wallet will be in trouble.

~ ModCloth.com Review ~
My order is finally here!! It took a little more than a week to get here and it seemed so long because I was so excited about it! So, as soon as I got home today, I tore open the box and tried everything on! I didn't have time to take pictures but here's a quick review on everything.
Ah.... the Yellow-So-Cute-Coat. It's worth the $24! I got medium, and usually I wear a small. It fits well on me but I wish it's a little more form fitting.
The Serpentine Way Dress is also very nice. The material is soft and solid. The length is good for my 5' 7'' frame. The belt seems a little bit cheap though but it's very nicely attached to the dress.
Vision of Blue Dress is very pretty. I love it!!! Except it's too short :( I am so sad!! Can someone please take it off my hands?
Again, very pretty, but too short! Sadly, it smelled funny too! So I hoped on to ModCloth.com and the live chat and told the support person about it. She promptly made a note about the issue so I can return the dress even though it's final sale. I must say that their customer service is excellent!
This one, I am waiting for my mom to try on. The fur is very soft though!
This "Cloud Coverage Dress" is really short again. I think I should give it to my cousin. I think she'll look very cute in it. The white material is like satin, not what I expected.
This "Poppy Go Lightly Dress" is very pretty! I love the unique style and it looks cute on me. Except again, that it's too short! I think there's something wrong with my body. How can all these dresses be too short on me! Also, it's super, super thin. You will definitely need to wear something underneath it. So... this one is going back too.
Overall, I am only keeping 2 out of the 7 items, returning 2, and hoping to my mom will like one and my cousin will like the other and someone else will like the Vision of Blue dress. This reminds me that I can not buy any dress shorter than 36". Good thing it's free to return these!

~ Cabin Fever Sale at ModCloth.com ~
Spring time means shopping for new dresses! I think I am outgrown Forever 21 because I only bought a few things there last year. I guess that's what happens when most of my twenties are behind me. So, I was on the look out for a new store to obsessed about and I happened to see a pretty yellow dress in a Facebook ad. It's for ModCloth.com
The dress I saw was pretty expensive. And I was just about to give up when I saw their banner about a sale! Sale? Of course, I just have to look! And.... that led to a $300+ shopping cart.
At the end I chose the following items... First up, a bright yellow jacket! This is so cute with the white trim! and the scallop flap for the pockets! It's called the Yellow-So-Cute-Coat and only $24!
This is the Serpentine Way Dress. Very sophisticated and it's $45. It's good for work right? I got a medium... I hope it fits my gigantic ... bottom.
Now, this "Vision of Blue Dress" is very pretty. The deep V is a little too low for me, but nothing a nice cami can't fix. And I usually don't wear mute blues, but I just love the style too much to let this one go. And it was the last one, which makes me think that I have to buy it now. It may not be there later! Only $27 :)
I usually wouldn't wear a dress like this. I feel like that kind of neck line is very conservative and mature. But the print is so cute! They are all little bows! Only $21, so it's worth a try! It's called "Just This Once".
This "Crosswalk Catwalk Jacket" is for my mom. See? I wasn't just shopping for myself. She loves her and this style of jacket. I am pretty sure she'll like it. Only $34.
This "Cloud Coverage Dress" is nothing spectacular. But it was only $17 and I think it'll be cute with a little cardigan or shrug.
This is the only dress that wasn't on sale that I got. It's called "Poppy Go Lightly Dress" I love poppy prints! The sleeves are interesting and I hope I can pull it off. It was the last one so I just had to get it! I hate how they tell you how many is left is stock!
Overall, I had an awesome time shopping at ModCloth.com. They have some really cute shoes and accessories too! Though, some of the "apartment" items and accessories, I recognize from my trips to the wholesale malls in China and I see their big markup. Their site is great though. Great shopping experience! Everything loaded quickly. Very clean and intuitive interface. I wish more stores are like that, namely Victoria's Secret's site. I hate shopping on their site. Anyway, I will post about these dresses again after I get them. I hope I get them soon!
