~ Weekend Beadathon ~

I had a big order for a bridal party: 5 Stardust bracelets in silver and sapphire. Doesn't sound like a lot right? Well, let's just say that I wirewrapped about 300 crystals this weekend. But every time I finish one, I am so happy! The bride picked out great colors and the bracelets look so pretty!

I didn't have much time to make new items for my shop this weekend, but I did make some simple charms for all your gadgets. These are all made out of lampwork glass charms with braided phone straps. First...the loving sheeps.....

The nerd and the girlfriend....aren't these chicks so cute?

I say this guy looks like a jock. The jock and the cheerleader?

Cute as a button pandas....

It's harvest time, so of course there's pumpkins, corn and other yumminess.

At last, Mr. Owl.

I love these charms and I will be listing them in my shop soon. If you want one that's a single instead of a couple or a different combination of charms, let me know. I will be happy to make one that's perfect for you!

First, I just want to say that I love LiciaBeads and LiciaBeadsVault. So, I am super excited that she's doing two giveaways right now. The first one is for her supplies shop, a $50 gift certificate!! I will get so many beads from her if I win!

The second one is a $30 gift certificate to her jewelry shop. It's part of the Etsy Jewelry Sampler Team monthly giveaway. There's a great article about Licia there too. Definitely check it out!

Here are some of my favorites from her shops...

~ Last Forever 21 Summer Haul ~

This was my last Forever shopping spree. I don't like to buy winter clothes so won't be shopping much any more. Besides, I have to save up for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong. :D So, here's a look at last purchases from Forever 21 for the year. Ok, maybe I'll get something else later. I do have store credit....

First...this cute, sexy skirt! I don't think I would ever wear it for a normal event. But, I think thinking it can pass for a good Halloween costume. My beautiful friend tried it on with a white shirt and it looks strangely French-maid-ish. It's also a little bit short for me. I love it, but I may have to return it.

This is sexy! I am ready for the next girls night out!

This is sexy too. I love all that lace, even though I usually don't wear something so extravagant. I love it 'cause it makes me feel like a vampire. Hot!

Ok back to work clothes.....This floral skirt is a perfect transition from summer to fall.

I love this shirt! So comfy!!!!

That's it. Not bad right? I also got two...undergarments, but they are so small! I don't think they are returnable, so I need to give them to someone. Anyone a size XS out there?

~ I Love Photo Booth on Mac ~

It's so much fun and so easy to take pictures! Ok, yes, I am that lazy. I don't like having to transfer my pictures from my camera to my computer. I rather just click, click, click and have pictures. I should take a picture of myself everyday (yes, I am a narcissist.....just kidding).

So, anyway, I just felt like taking some pics with Momo today so I did! Look at his nicely shaven belly! Ooo yeah....look at my very own Stardust Bracelet!!

Ok yeah....I think I had more fun than him, but look. My dad joined in :D I just had to show him the effects.

Ok a serious one :)

Of course, can't leave out my mom.

Play with your photo booth if you have a Mac. If you don't? Well.....I won't want to sound like a "mac fan girl" and get all snobby on you, but get a Mac! :)

~ Artsy Pictures ~

My fiance's friend is a photographer. So, I asked him to take some pictures of my jewelry and I am amazed with some of his pictures!

I love this one. I didn't know that these earrings can stand up! And look at that reflection! That's real, not photoshopped.

Look how sparkly these are even though it was dark.

Maybe I should learn to use the manual mode of the DSLR after all....

~ Pay It Forward on Etsy ~

I listed my first PIF (pay it forward) item today. PIF items usually cost only shipping and listing fee, which means the item is free! After purchase, the buyer is supposed to list a PIF item in their shop or perform a random act of kindness for someone. Here's my first PIF item, made from beads I got from glittercritter, who graciously sent me supplies for free when one of my suppliers refused to refund or send me my backordered items.

I was looking through Etsy and found some awesome PIFs. I must admit that there are some PIF listings on Etsy that are not really PIFs. These are all true to the PIF spirit though. Take a look!

~ Swarovski Crystallized Elements 2010/2011 Launch ~

I am always excited to see the new Swarovski Elements launch every season. I just got an email from Harman Beads about this season's new Elements and I like what I see! Pictures are small and limited as I can't find any information about this launch from the official Swarovski site. But anyways, here are the colors...

Cyclamen Opal What is Cyclamen? It's a flower. I am guess it's going to be a pinker version of the rose water opal.

Metallic Lt Gold Maybe a deeper gold than golden shadow?

Greige Ok, I had to look it up. Greige means fabric before it's dyed. It's a common term in the textile industry. Looks like gray.

Coral Pearls This I am not so sure about...maybe I am just not a big fan of the coral color.

Fish pendant and bead This, I just love. Looks like the fish of Christ doesn't it? I am definitely going to get some of these.

The Navette pendant Navette is French for shuttle. Interesting name. I love this pendant. It's so very, very classy. This will be great for bridal collections.

The Divine Rock This looks like a more sophisticated version of the rock pendant that came out last winter. It looks like this one also has that frosted edge.

Chessboard bead This is nice. I can imagine about 7 of these connected through simple loops for a necklace.

Filigrees and more Ooo this looks like a lot of fun!!! My wallet will be hurting even if I want just one of each.

As you can see, my imagination is already running wild. According to the email I got, Swarovski factories won't be shipping these till the end of September. I can't wait!
